parent company has adopted a policy of individual and collective suitability of the members of the Board of Directors through the relevant Suitability Policy to ensure the quality of its staffing through a transparent framework that will contribute to its effective operation and provide it with the necessary guarantees to fulfill the Group&#8217;s vision, mission and strategy.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the Suitability Policy, the Board members collectively have experience in the following indicative areas of expertise:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the energy and oil sector,<\/li>\n<li>environmental protection, social responsibility and governance (ESG),<\/li>\n<li>digital technology and information systems,<\/li>\n<li>strategic planning and development of new activities and products,<\/li>\n<li>financial management and international capital markets,<\/li>\n<li>human resources development and management,<\/li>\n<li>the legal and institutional framework for the operation of companies and commercial transactions,<\/li>\n<li>the ability to identify and manage risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Parent Company has adopted a Board evaluation policy and procedure, which sets out the basic principles as well as the methodology to be followed when reviewing the performance of the Board and its committees, both at the collective and individual
