The most significant process safety events (PSE) for 2022 mainly concern four major categories: Leaks due to lack of communication between the parties involved, failure of materials and\/or equipment, non-compliance with procedures or safe work practices, and inadequate design. The corrective actions taken to address them and prevent their recurrence were better training to ensure full compliance of employees with safety procedures, enhanced equipment inspection and maintenance programs, as well as reviewing procedures and issuing new safety guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
