Also, during the conduct of many audits, corruption issues are taken into account.<\/p>\n<p>Especially, four (4) compliance audits (corporate governance) three (3) complaints were investigated (two cases of electronic fraud and one of irregular fuel supply).<\/p>\n<p>During 2022, two (2) complaints-denouncement were investigated (opne case of electronic fraud and one case of corruption on irregular fuel supply).<\/p>\n<p>It is noted that, among the issues examined by Internal Audit in 2022, were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Critical KPIs of Process Safety Events<\/li>\n<li>Issues relating to proper implementation of the Group Procurement Regulation.<\/li>\n<li>Safety and environmental issues of the facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Refinery and Trading Company Supply Chain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These issues are of high importance according to the Group Materiality Assessment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In prepearing the annual audit program, General Internal Audit division considers compliance issues and plans compliance-related audits.
