The benefits which are not provided to the employees under fixed term contract are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pension plan through Group Contracts<\/li>\n<li>Medical plan through Life &amp; Health Group Contract<\/li>\n<li>Financial support for serious health issues<\/li>\n<li>Covering employees\u2019 children summer camps<\/li>\n<li>Wedding\/birth\/death allowance<\/li>\n<li>School allowance<\/li>\n<li>University education allowance<\/li>\n<li>Vouchers\/gifts &#8211; Easter &amp; Christmas\/ financial support for families with large families<\/li>\n<li>Support to employees\u2019 family members with special needs<\/li>\n<li>Financial aid awards for distinguished school students and university students, children of employees, who succeeded at entering the Universities of the country<\/li>\n<li>Allowance for nursery\/kindergarten<\/li>\n<li>Long service anniversary gifts<\/li>\n<li>Employee Loans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For managers, the additional benefits provided are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company car<\/li>\n<li>Fuel<\/li>\n<li>Tolls (e-pass)<\/li>\n<li>Mobile telephony<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>ASPROFOS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Company benefits are provided to all employees.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>JUGOPETROL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Full-time and part-time workers have the same rights. In addition, we provide all our employees with private health insurance and life insurance for permanent employees. Depending on their job, we offer: company laptop, corporate mobile phone, company car, credit card for business trip costs, fuel.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>EKO Serbia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In accordance with the Regulation, we provide equal benefits to permanent and fixed-term employees (such as private health insurance and additional benefits in accordance with the Regulation).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>EKO CYPRUS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Medical insurance, pension, welfare funds and life insurance program given to all employees.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>EKO Bulgaria<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>All employees are provided with benefits such as food vouchers, private health insurance, life insurance, COVID-19 insurance, co-financed sports cards, and cards for fuel and consumer products at EKO fuel stations.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>DIAXON<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>There are no part time employees.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>OKTA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Company provides the same benefits to employees with unlimited and fixed-term contracts.
